Prioritized Care: How Our Team Works

At Prioritize Wellness, I work with a small group of trusted therapists who bring their own skills and experience to support children, teens, young adults, and families.

How it works:

This model allows clients to receive highly personalized support while benefiting from the collective expertise of our team.

  • While your child may meet directly with myself or one of my team members, I supervise care and oversee treatment planning to ensure continuity, quality, and thoughtful support.

  • Each therapist is trained in evidence-based approaches and has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, school challenges, mood struggles, and social skills.

  • We collaborate regularly to tailor care to each client’s needs, making sure goals are clear and progress is monitored.

MEET MARY

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice! With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Western University, my clinical journey began with specialized training in pre-teen and adolescent mental health at Vanier Children's Mental Wellness in London, Ontario.

At Vanier, I supported children, adolescents, and families towards personal growth, employing a holistic, trauma-informed approach. My therapeutic toolkit includes evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family systems therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused techniques.

I've conducted comprehensive assessments, facilitated group therapy, and co-facilitated Circle of Security groups, focusing on attachment for parents. Additionally, I've volunteered at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, engaging with clients in various settings.

Now in private practice, I specialize in pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults, fostering a warm, inclusive environment where clients feel heard and supported. I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized therapy, guiding individuals and families towards positive change and a brighter future. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I'm here to help navigate your challenges together.

MY APPROACH

AT PRIORITIZE WELLNESS

My therapeutic approach is centered around fostering a strong and collaborative relationship with my clients, as I believe it is the cornerstone of the therapeutic journey. I approach psychotherapy with intentionality, ensuring that every interaction is purposeful and meaningful. Throughout my practice, I have supported individuals dealing with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationships, suicidality, attachment, complex trauma, abuse, navigating parental divorce, OCD, and ADHD.

With a combination of my own personality traits and extensive experience, I have cultivated the sensitivity, patience, and empathetic nature necessary to connect with and support young people and families. It is my hope that I can have the privilege of working with you and your family, assisting you in exploring, healing, and ultimately achieving your goals.

MEET
KELSEY

Kelsey Headshot_edited.jpg

Hi, I’m Kelsey! I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master and Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University, registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

I specialize in working with children, preteens, and teens—helping them navigate big emotions, manage anxiety, build confidence, and strengthen relationships at home and school. I’ve supported youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges, using approaches that make therapy feel engaging, safe, and empowering.

My work often integrates Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. I love using creativity, games, and conversation to help kids express themselves and build practical coping skills they can use every day.

At the heart of my work is connection—I believe meaningful change happens when a child feels understood and supported. My goal is to create a warm, inclusive space where kids and teens can feel confident, capable, and proud of who they are.
