This free 15-minute phone consultation is for parents seeking therapy for their child or teen, or for adults (18+) interested in individual therapy. Children do not attend this call. We'll answer your questions, discuss your concerns and goals, and help match you with the therapist who best fits your needs. Our team specializes in evidence-based therapy for children, teens, young adults, and families. Located in our newly renovated Whitby clinic.
