Hi, I'm Kelsey! I'm a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master's and Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University, registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. As Clinical Lead, I help guide clinical direction across the team and support high-quality care throughout the clinic.
I specialize in working with young children, preteens, and teens, with a particular focus on supporting families as a whole. I help children navigate big emotions, manage anxiety, build confidence, and strengthen relationships at home and school, while also working closely alongside parents and caregivers to support what's happening at home. I've supported youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges, using approaches that make therapy feel engaging, safe, and empowering.
My work often integrates Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. I love using creativity, games, and conversation to make therapy something kids genuinely look forward to, while helping them build practical coping skills they can carry into everyday life, at home, at school, and in their relationships.
Collaboration is central to how I work. I believe lasting change happens not just in session, but through the connections between a child's therapy and their everyday world, which is why I value working closely with parents and caregivers every step of the way. At the heart of my practice is connection: I believe meaningful change happens when a child feels understood and supported, and my goal is to create a warm, inclusive space where kids and teens can feel confident, capable, and proud of who they are.

I want every child and family to feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Building a trusting, genuine connection is at the heart of my work because I believe children make the greatest progress when they feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are. I strive to make therapy a positive and engaging experience by incorporating play, creativity, and evidence-based strategies that meet each child where they're at. My goal is not only to help children navigate big emotions and challenges but also to empower them with the confidence, resilience, and practical skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and in their everyday lives. I also believe parents are an essential part of the therapeutic process, and I value working collaboratively with families to create meaningful, lasting change.
