Hi, I’m Mili! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers who may be navigating anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, relationships, identity, school-related stress, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed.
I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, heard, and comfortable being themselves. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I take the time to understand each person’s experiences, strengths, and needs. With children and adolescents, building trust is especially important to me. I strive to create a welcoming space where they can express themselves, understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy ways of coping. I also value working alongside caregivers to provide support that extends beyond the therapy room.
I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I adapt my approach to each client and their individual goals!
My hope is to create a space where clients feel understood and supported as they navigate their experiences, while helping them build the confidence and skills to move forward in a way that feels meaningful to them!

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t need to come in knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. I believe therapy starts with building a genuine connection and creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions, and moving at a pace that feels right for them.
With children and teens, I take the time to get to know who they are beyond what brings them to therapy. Their interests, personality, strengths, and communication style all matter. I also value working alongside parents and caregivers when appropriate, because support can extend beyond the therapy room.
My hope is that therapy feels like a welcoming, supportive, and practical space where clients can better understand themselves and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
