Hi, I'm Siobhan! I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I have been working in the field for over six years, supporting individuals and couples through a variety of struggles, including the transition to parenthood and the unique challenges it can bring to a relationship. I pride myself on being client-centred and client-based, meaning I tailor each session to who you are, not a one-size-fits-all approach. My therapeutic style is authentic and humanistic; I believe in showing up as myself, and I invite my clients to do the same. Sessions are collaborative; we work together to explore what's happening for you and figure out what genuinely helps.
With a variety of training, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Family Therapy, I support adults and individuals aged 4+ who experience anxiety, depression, need coping skills, support with emotional regulation, trauma, parenting support, and more.
I strive to create open environments to help you feel comfortable sharing your story with me.
I offer sessions virtually, including play-based activities adapted for the virtual space, so younger clients can still engage in the kind of creative, hands-on therapy that works best for them, right from their own home.
I am available virtually Mondays-Thursdays, with limited occasional availability Fridays-Sundays.

I want every client to feel like they can show up as their raw, true, authentic self, no masks, no pretending, just who they really are. Building genuine rapport is a huge focus of mine, especially with children, and I strive to make therapy feel like a positive, supportive place where you know I'm on your team and in your corner. I see healing as a journey, not a quick fix; it's more like a marathon than a sprint, and while in-the-moment coping skills matter, I also care deeply about the kind of connection and deeper healing that unfolds over time. I believe therapy should grow and evolve alongside my clients, because one size doesn't fit all, and what works for you in one part of your life won't always be exactly what you need in another. My goal is to walk alongside that process with you, wherever it takes you.
